Happy Monday Everyone. I receive numerous questions throughout the day. Some I find very interesting and as promised, I will share them with you. 

When it comes to the sleeping habits of snails we must refer to a study that was conducted at the University of Toronto. Briefly, we learned that snails do not function on a 24 hour cycle like us. The snail’s sleep cycle can last anywhere from 2-3 days. Talk about a party, huh ? As far as taking naps, snails sleep around 7 bouts which can last up to 15 hours.
